RAMALLAH April 28. 2024 (Saba) - From yesterday evening until Sunday morning, the Zionist enemy forces arrested at least 15 Palestinian citizens from the occupied West Bank, including a girl and two children, in addition to former prisoners.
The Prisoners' Club and the Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs Authority said in a joint statement, reported by the Palestinian News Agency on Sunday: The arrest operations were distributed among the governorates of: Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Jenin, Tubas, Salfit, Jericho, and Quds.
The statement added: The Zionist enemy forces continue to carry out widespread raids and abuse during arrest operations, accompanied by severe beatings and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread sabotage and destruction of citizens’ homes.
It is noteworthy that the total number of arrests after October 7 amounted to about (8,495), and this total includes those who were arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.
