THE HAGUE April 30. 2024 (Saba) - The International Court of Justice (ICJ) began on Tuesday to rule on Nicaragua's lawsuit against Germany on charges of facilitating the genocide in Gaza in the Dutch city of The Hague.
Nicaragua asked the International Court of Justice in The Hague to impose emergency measures so that Germany stops supplying weapons to the Zionist entity.
Nicaragua criticized Germany for supporting the Zionist entity, saying that providing weapons to the Zionist government, while at the same time providing assistance to Gaza, "is regrettable and despisive."
Nicaragua also requested five temporary measures, most notably that Germany immediately suspend its aid to the Zionist entity, especially military equipment.
