TAIZ May 02. 2024 (Saba) - The development team in Taiz province, headed by the Governor’s Undersecretary for Development Affairs, Abdul Wase’ Al-Shamsi, inspected today,Thursday, the progress of work on a number of community initiatives in Al-Oman isolation in Mawiyah District.
The development team was briefed on the fertile agricultural lands in Wadi Al-Maalab, which were previously cultivated with vegetable crops and legumes, as well as the progress of work in digging a well with community contributions.
They also reviewed the progress of work in the initiative to establish the health unit in the desert isolation, and heard from the head of the community committee for the initiative, Ali Musab, an explanation about the construction work in the health unit... indicating that work is continuing by providing the necessary needs and contributions.
Al-Shamsi stressed the keenness of the revolutionary and political leadership to support community initiatives and coordinate efforts to advance the development sector and achieve self-sufficiency.
He pointed out that the trip comes within the framework of the team’s work to mobilize communities to participate in cooperative development work at the district and province levels.
