SANA'A May 05 (Saba) - The Public Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families has announced that it will implement a survey project to complete the data of civilian martyrs "victims of aggression by direct bombardment" and their family members during the coming period.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Commission called on all families of civilian martyrs to complete their necessary documents, which are as follows:
First: General Documents:
- Two (2) personal photos 4×6 of the martyr.
- A copy of the electronic ID card of the adult martyr.
- A copy of the birth certificate of the minor martyr.
- A copy of the death certificate of the martyr.
- A true copy of the judgment of limiting inheritance to the martyr from the court that issued it.
- The origin of the general power of attorney for all members of the martyr's family (father, mother, wife, children).
- A copy of the electronic ID card of the Attorney General.
Second: Documents for the surviving first-degree family members of the martyr:
- (2) 4×6 personal photos of each member of the martyr’s family (father, mother, wife, children).
- True copies of birth certificates for minor children.
- Photocopies of electronic identity cards for family members (father, mother, wife of adult children).
- An original, independent individual power of attorney for each member of the martyr’s family (father, mother, wife) for anyone who wishes to act as a power of attorney on his own behalf in what the Commission will allocate to each individual in accordance with the forms and formulas approved by the Commission.
- Electronic personal cards for agents.
Emphasizing that the data of the martyr and the martyr’s family members (father, mother, wife, children) are identical in all documents with the correct names and data.
