SANA'A May 05. 2024 (Saba) - Commissioned by His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, the Caretaker Minister of Local Administration, Ali bin Ali Al-Qaisi, today,Sunday, visited those injured as a result of the traffic accident that occurred in Harf Sufyan.
Minister Al-Qaisi, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Administration, Ammar Al-Harib, were briefed on the conditions of those injured as a result of the unfortunate accident that led to the death and injury of approximately 30 people from the people of Hajour in Hajjah province, who were transferred for treatment to a hospital in the capital secretariat.
They heard from the hospital leadership and doctors an explanation about the health condition of the wounded and the injuries they suffered as a result of the unfortunate accident.
During the visit, Minister Al-Qaisi provided an amount of five million riyals, provided by the President of the Supreme Political Council, as medical assistance to the injured.
Al-Qaisi and Al-Rubai conveyed the greetings of the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council to the injured, and their wishes for a speedy recovery.
They stressed the leadership's interest in following up on the conditions of the injured, urging the hospital leadership to provide full medical health care to the injured until they recover.
The traffic accident that occurred in Harf Sufyan District in Amran province about four days ago led to the death of five people and the injury of more than 23 others, as a result of a collision between a Hilux car and another Chas car, as a result of excessive speed and non-compliance with traffic rules. .
