SANA'A May 05. 2024 (Saba) - Yemeni scholars blessed the announcement of the fourth stage of escalation against the American-British Zionist enemy by the Yemeni armed forces.
In a statement issued by the Yemeni Scholars Association, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the scholars considered the declaration a legal duty , a faith and religious responsibility that must be undertaken by the people of the nation, especially the ruling regimes and Arab armies.
The statement called on all scholars of the Islamic world to bless and support all support operations in support of Gaza carried out by the axis of resistance, and to clarify the legitimacy of the operations and the extent of their consistency with the rulings of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet.
The statement of the Yemeni scholars stressed the necessity of the nation’s scholars issuing their clear fatwas that one must engage in the battle of “the promised conquest and holy jihad” and that obedience to God is given precedence over obedience to created beings.
The statement stressed that the longer the aggression continues and the Zionist enemy continues , commits massacres and bloodshed, the greater the responsibility on the nation, the narrower the circle of grace , persuasion, and the nearer the year of divine taking, especially against the regimes, armies, silent , neutral scientific and intellectual elites.
Yemeni scholars pointed out that steadfastness and continuity in the marches and activities in support of Gaza is a religious duty, and a jihadi stance of faith that pleases God, angers His arrogant enemies, and has great blessings in this world and the hereafter.
Yemeni scholars reiterated the need for the cohesion of the axis of resistance by embodying the brotherhood of faith between its leaders , individuals , protecting it from internal conflict and external penetration by holding fast to the rope and fearing God.
The statement also called on the Palestinian people and the leaders of the jihad and resistance factions to have more patience, steadfastness, and absolute confidence in God’s relief after hardship, and His inevitable victory for the believers... asking God Almighty to grant His near and dear victory and His clear and urgent conquest to the brothers in Palestine and Gaza in particular, and to hasten the demise of the arrogant and the disgrace of the hypocrites. And He has the power to do so.
The Association of Yemeni Scholars explained that it follows developments in the issues and concerns of the Islamic nation, most notably the developments of events in Gaza and Palestine.
It considered the continuation of the daily brutal aggression and massacres for more than half a year to be a great sin, a great war, a great mistake, and a historical disgrace that will haunt the Arab , Islamic regimes and armies neighboring Gaza, which did not lift a finger and did not fulfill their humanitarian and Islamic responsibility, to deter the usurping Zionist enemy entity, which did not watch anything but a believer. There is no responsibility, and his appetite, brutality, and criminal tendencies continue to claim thousands of innocent lives.
