SANA'A May 06. 2024 (Saba) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism for the Tourism Facilities Sector, Fahd Nizar, inspected today, Monday, the summer courses and students enrolled in the centers of the martyr President Al-Sammad, the martyr Abdullah Ali Musleh, and Zaid bin Ali at Al-Osaimi Mosque.
During the visit, Undersecretary Nizar, along with the Assistant Undersecretaries for the Establishments Sector, Mohammed Al-Amir and Arab and International Relations, Adel Atifa, and the Director of Al-Thawra Directorate, Aqeel Al-Saqqaf, were briefed on the activities of the summer courses in those centers.
They heard from those in charge of clarification about the implementation of summer activities and programmes, the extent of discipline, attendance rate, care , concern for the emerging generation, and work to purify their souls, educate them, and give them a sound upbringing.
Undersecretary Nizar praised the students’ interaction with the summer courses and their distinguished participation in benefiting from its programs and activities, considering the summer courses an important station for providing them with science, arming them with the faith identity and Qur'anic culture, learning the true principles of Islam and providing them with skills and abilities that consolidate the principles of faith, mental , scientific knowledge, and physical fitness.
He stressed the need to protect young people from the dangers of soft war through which enemies seek to distort their faith identity , distance them from religious behaviours, values and principles.
Tourism Ministry's Undersecretary also stressed the importance of cultural work , its effects in reformulating , developing awareness and enhancing the human ability to confront with evidence... pointing to the importance of correcting a person’s thoughts, paths and concepts in life, in a way that makes him aware of the imminent dangers and move with insight and awareness.
He touched on the need of young people for summer courses that enhance the Qur’anic culture and faith identity, and contribute to introducing them to the values and principles of the true religion, the dangers of intellectual and cultural invasion, which aims to domesticate the people of the nation and distort the faith, religious and cultural identity.
