TEHRAN May 14. 2024 (Saba) - Deputy International Affairs in the Iranian judiciary, Kazem Gharibabadi, stressed the need to shed light on the US and Zionist crimes against humanity, considering America a partner in the crimes of the Zionist enemy against Gaza.
Tasnim International News Agency quoted Abadi, during a meeting to review US human rights, on Tuesday, as saying: “We must shed light on the American crimes against humanity, whether those committed against the Iranian people or against other peoples in different periods of time.” He stressed “The need to highlight and expose these crimes at the national and international levels.”
He pointed out the need to focus on the crimes of the Zionist entity against Gaza, indicating that these crimes are carried out with absolute American support, which makes America a partner in all types of crimes committed by this entity in Gaza.
Abadi pointed to the size and diversity of the Zionist entity’s crimes against Gaza, citing available statistics in this regard, and said: “America has always opposed investigating these crimes in various international organizations and mechanisms... and America, which claims to respect human rights, has provided political and military support.” And the logistical and financial aspects of the Zionist entity in the Gaza war. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza and America’s direct role in them.”
He described the student protests in Western countries as an unprecedented and important phenomenon, saying: “The people and public opinion in Western countries moved to support Palestine and compensate for the inaction of their officials.”
He continued: "The protests that are happening in universities are not considered an internal matter, and therefore it is an unprecedented event."
