SANA'A April 25. 2024 (Saba) - An official source in the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied the validity of what was reported by the Emirati newspaper Al-Bayan and some other media outlets about the return of negotiations.
The source confirmed in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that what was stated in the report is completely untrue.
The source said, "No issue has been presented to us so far, but the United Nations suggests from time to time that the American and British cannot allow any agreement during this period, due to the Yemeni position in support of the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza."
The source added, "It has been confirmed to the United Nations that the map was reached with the Saudi side and has nothing to do with the events in Gaza, and it is assumed that the American and British have nothing to do with it, and in any case we do not care about any position of the American and British, as we are in confrontation with them as is known."
