SANA'A May 05. 2024 (Saba) - The head of the Supreme Authority for Tenders and Auctions Supervision, Engineer Abdul Malik Al-Arashi, met today,Sunday, with the Executive Director of the General Corporation for Grain Development and Production, Yahya Al-Sayani.
The meeting, which was attended by members of the Authority’s Board of Directors, Dr. Yassin Al-Khursani and Amin Marouf Al-Jand, discussed the organization’s activity and the projects it implemented during the past period, within the framework of the Authority’s supervisory role over government agencies covered by the tender law.
In the meeting, Engineer Al-Arshi stressed the Authority’s keenness to stand alongside various parties and provide them with technical support in implementing projects in accordance with the Tenders and Auctions Law.
He pointed to the role played by the Grain Foundation in enhancing agricultural production of grain crops, which contributes to achieving food security.
While the Executive Director of the Grain Foundation reviewed the Foundation’s strategic plan, which aims to advance the agricultural sector , achieve sustainability and efficiency in the Foundation’s activities and projects.
