BAYDA, Sep. 07 (Saba) - A meeting in Bayda province, headed by Governor Abdullah Idris, on Wednesday discussed aspects of supporting investment and establishing industrial zones in the province.
In the meeting, Governor Idris indicated the interest of the Leader of the Revolution and the Supreme Political Council in encouraging investors and providing the necessary guarantees for the success of investment projects.
Idris pointed out the need to integrate the efforts of the concerned authorities to encourage the private sector to invest and establish industrial projects, and everything that would support the national economy and supply stability.
He affirmed the province's leadership's readiness to provide facilities to investors and support the efforts of the General Investment Authority branch.
Director of the Investment Authority branch in the province Ahmed al-Tahri reviewed the branch's plan during the coming period and the most prominent projects and promising investment opportunities in Bayda.
He pointed to the facilities and advantages that the General Authority for Investment and the local authority will provide to investors, pointing to the need to find industrial zones to encourage the private sector to invest in the province.
