SANA'A February 25. 2023 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, instructed to redouble efforts to develop the planning process and content for the year 1445 AH, benefit from field experiences and avoid any mistakes or shortcomings in the plan for the year 1444 AH or what preceded it.
President Al-Mashat, during his chairmanship today of the third periodic meeting of the Supreme Committee for the Management of the National Vision, praised what was accomplished in the first half of this year despite the aggression and the blockade.
He said, "It is important, as we are at the beginning of the annual planning stage for the year 1445 AH, to work to achieve the general national goals included in the national vision and its strategic objectives, to accurately and clearly define priorities, to benefit from the evaluation of the previous stage, and for our motto for the future to be accuracy and smoothness, for creativity, improvement to be present when developing plans and what they contain programs, projects and activities."
The meeting reviewed the report submitted by the Technical Secretariat of the Supreme Committee for the Vision on the performance of the sectors during the second quarter of the year 1444 AH, its priorities for the third quarter, the level of its achievement, aspects of deficiencies, the most prominent difficulties and obstacles that faced its work.
The meeting also reviewed the mid-term report for the year 1444 AH submitted by the Executive Office of the Vision Department on the progress of the entities in achieving their plans at the level of each entity and sector.
The Executive Office of the National Vision presented a brief presentation of the criteria and controls for setting determinants for the year 1445 AH and sectoral issues and priorities until the year 1447 AH.
After listening to the interventions and observations of the committee members, the meeting stressed the importance of what has been achieved and the need to avoid mistakes and address them first.
The meeting stressed the need to accurately define the priorities of the 1445 AH plan so that it is in contact with the needs of citizens, and raises the performance of various institutions to a better level in order to achieve the aspirations and aspirations of the Yemeni people in accordance with the directives of the leadership.
