SANA'A April 28. 2023 (Saba) -The Ministry of Tourism stated that the total number of visitors to the gardens, outlets, parks and archaeological sites in the capital's secretariat and the governorates during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday amounted to nine million and 280 thousand visitors.
Preliminary statistics of the ministry's operations room, copy of received by Yemeni News Agency Saba, indicated that 55 percent of the total number of visitors were received by gardens and public parks in the capital's secretariat and the main cities in the governorates, while tourist and archaeological destinations received 45 percent.
It pointed out that 30 percent of the total number of visitors were witnessed by the capital's secretariat and Sana'a governorate, 15 percent by Al Hudaydah governorate, 11 percent by Taiz governorate, and ten percent by Ibb, while Al Mahwit witnessed nine percent, Saada eight percent, and Hajjah seven percent, and the ten percent was distributed among the rest of the governorates.
