GAZA April 30. 2024 (Saba) - The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Tuesday, that the death toll in the Strip has risen to 34,535 martyrs, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Zionist-American aggression on October 7th.
The ministry said in a statement today: The death toll rose to 77,704, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble.
It pointed out that the Zionist enemy forces committed five massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of 47 citizens and the injury of 61 others, during the past 24 hours.
