RAMALLAH May 06. 2024 (Saba) - The Palestinian presidency warned on Monday that the authorities of the Zionist enemy have already begun preparing for the commission of the largest crime of genocide by invading Rafah.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, the official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, in a press statement, blamed the US administration for these dangerous Zionist policies.
Abu Rudeineh said that the US administration, which provides financial and military support to the occupation, and stands in the face of the international community to prevent the implementation of international legitimacy resolutions and stop the aggression, is the one that encourages Netanyahu and his leaders to continue their massacres against the Palestinian people.
Abu Rudeineh added that the invasion of Rafah means that one and a half million Palestinian citizens will be subjected to genocide and attempts to displace us that we warned about previously.
Therefore, we call on the US administration to act immediately and prevent genocide and displacement, and to hold the occupation accountable for the serious violations it commits against international law before it is too late.
Peace and security in the entire region would not be achieved without a just solution to the Palestinian question and the establishment of an independent Palestinian State with Jerusalem as its capital.
