SANA'A May 06. 2024 (Saba) - The General Authority for Insurance and Pensions launched today, Monday, the second phase of the training program on the Code of Professional Conduct and Work Ethics, under the slogan “Responsibility is Trust.”
The program, which is implemented by the Authority’s Code Implementation Team, targets 700 male and female employees, including leaders, general managers, department heads, employees at the main center and the Authority’s branches in the provinces.
The four-week program aims to enhance employees’ capabilities with regard to the Code of Professional Conduct and raise awareness of the importance of adhering to work ethics in various fields to contribute to developing work, improving performance, consolidating and regulating interactions between the employee, his colleagues, his subordinates, retirees, and the insured in general.
The second stage program includes knowledge , skills about the concepts and foundations related to the proper understanding of the Code , the basic principles and behaviors in performing the responsibilities , duties of the employee and the official.
