BAGHAD May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" announced the targeting of the oil port of Ashkelon in the Palestinian territories with "Al-Arqab-cruise missiles" developed.

"In continuation of our approach to resisting the occupation and in support of our people in Gaza, and in response to the massacres committed by the usurping entity against Palestinian civilians, including children, women and the elderly, the mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq targeted the Ashkelon oil port on Monday," it said in a statement.

It added in the statement that the targeting was carried out by an upgraded "Al-Arqab-cruise" missile.

In its statement, it affirmed its continuation of its operations against the Zionist enemy entity.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq released a video documenting the targeting.
