BEIRUT May 08. 2024 (Saba) - Zionist enemy warplanes renewed their raids on a number of towns and villages in southern Lebanon, causing severe damage to infrastructure and property.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported today that the Zionist enemy raided before midnight last night on the outskirts of the town of Aita al-Shaab in the central sector, causing damage to a number of houses.
The outskirts of the towns of Rmeish and Ramiya were also subjected to heavy machine gun fire from enemy positions adjacent to the Blue Line, which targeted water tanks on rooftops and roads between border villages.
The enemy had fired flares throughout the last night and until the morning over the villages of the western and central sectors to the towns of Majdal Zun and Tayrhurfa, while hostile reconnaissance aircraft flew until the early hours of the morning over the villages of the districts of Tyre and Bint Jbeil.
