GAZA, May 09. 2024 (Saba) - Thursday witnessed intense bombardment by Zionist enemy warplanes targeting Rafah and central Gaza, resulting in casualties among Palestinians.

The Palestinian Wafa News Agency reported that enemy airstrikes struck a motorcycle on Salah al-Din Street in eastern Rafah, claiming multiple lives and causing injuries.

Amidst the chaos, ambulance and civil defense teams worked tirelessly to retrieve the bodies of martyrs, particularly following the occupation's bombing of the Lafi family's residence on Awni Dhair Street in Khirbet al-Adas, central Rafah.

Tragically, Naeem al-Ghul, a member of the Civil Defense, fell victim to a Zionist drone strike near Palestine Stadium in Gaza City.

Elsewhere, occupation forces targeted the vicinity of the electricity company in central Gaza with artillery fire, while also demolishing several sites and homes in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood of southeastern Gaza City.

Additionally, a house was bombed by the occupation in al-Maghraqa, located in the northern part of the Central governorate.
