NEW YORK May 10. 2024 (Saba) -No one has been allowed access to or departure from Gaza Strip for three days now, UN Deputy Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator said Thursday.
Closure of border crossings has obstructed fuel supply to Gaza, Martin Griffiths added on 'X', amid stalled movement of people and trucks loaded with assistance, generators, water and other relief at crossings.
The civilians are being killed and starving in Gaza, and "we're prevented from helping them," he said.
