BEIRUT July 28. 2024 (Saba) - Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdullah Bouhabib warned that any major attack by the Zionist enemy forces on Lebanon will lead to a deterioration of the situation in the region and the outbreak of a regional war.
In remarks carried by the National News Agency in Lebanon, Bouhabib stressed his country's rejection of targeting civilians in any part of the world, and its condemnation of any party that targets civilians.
Bouhabib ruled out the hypothesis that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon led by the Allah Party carried out an attack on the village of Majdal Shams in the occupied Golan, since since the beginning of the conflict in the south it did not target civilian sites, but only military sites, calling for an international investigation or a meeting of the Tripartite Commission through UNIFIL to find out the truth of the matter, and for the full and comprehensive implementation of resolution 1701 (2006) from both sides.
