SANA'A August 10. 2024 (Saba) - Member of the Supreme Political Council Sultan Al-Samai congratulated the Yemeni people on the start of the radical changes promised by the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, by appointing Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor as a member of the Supreme Political Council and assigning Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahawi to form the government of change and construction.

Al-Samai expressed his hope in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that these changes would constitute a qualitative shift in the right path that all the Yemeni people hope for.

He also congratulated Ahmed al-Rahawi on the assignment to form the government of change and construction, wishing him and the members of the upcoming government success and good luck in everything that preserves Yemen's security, stability and strength and achieves the aspirations of the Yemeni people in construction, development and advancement of the country in various fields, most notably the economic, political and military.

Al-Samai congratulated Dr. bin Habtoor on his appointment as a member of the Supreme Political Council, praising the great role of the National Salvation Government and its president and his assumption of responsibility in one of the most difficult stages in the country's history.

He stressed the dedication of Bin Habtoor during his presidency of the Salvation Government in complex circumstances, during which he was able to preserve the entity of state institutions and prevent their collapse, and achieve stability to the extent possible and available in light of the American-Saudi aggression and the siege imposed throughout its years of operation, with the least capabilities and in the most dangerous security conditions.
