BAGHDAD - SABA : The Secretary-General of the Iraqi Asaib Ahl al-Haq, Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, praised the prominent role played by Yemen in supporting the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian resistance.. stressing that Yemen has become a difficult number in the regional equation.

Sheikh Al-Khazali said in an interview with Al-Masirah channel broadcast on Thursday evening: What the Yemeni people have achieved under the leadership of Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi is a great achievement that every Arab and Muslim is proud of.

He stressed that Yemen's position in supporting Palestine represents a model to be emulated.. stressing that the Yemenis have proven to the world that they are capable of creating miracles and changing the balance of power.

Al-Khazali pointed out that what the Yemeni people are recording under the leadership of Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi is a bright page that every Arab and every Muslim is proud of.

He also stressed that Yemen's role in this battle preserves the role of many Arabs who were absent from the arena in an issue in which everyone must be present.

Sheikh Al-Khazaali criticized the weak position of the Arab and Islamic countries towards the Palestinian cause, calling for unifying ranks and standing as one to support the Palestinian resistance.

He said: The battle of Gaza and Palestine does not only concern the Arab nation, but the entire Islamic nation, and standing with it is a duty for everyone.

He expressed his pride that Yemen is leading this battle in confronting the usurping entity and supporting the Palestinian cause.
