Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced the targeting of two houses where Zionist soldiers were holed up, and the seizure of a Zionist military vehicle bomb and enemy drones in the eastern region of Rafah.
Al-Qassam Brigades said in a military statement: Our Mujahideen were able to target two houses in which a number of occupation soldiers were holed up with four anti-personnel and anti-fortification shells, killing and wounding them east of Al-Tanour neighborhood in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah, and our Mujahideen monitored the landing of a helicopter to evacuate.
Al-Qassam Brigades also announced the seizure of a booby-trapped Zionist military vehicle and drones for the occupation army in the eastern area of Rafah city.
Earlier, Al-Qassam Brigades announced that it had killed and wounded members of a Zionist force by targeting them with an anti-tank TPG and an anti-personnel missile after they barricaded themselves in a house east of Al-Tanour neighborhood, and that it spotted a helicopter landing to evacuate them.
Al-Qassam also announced that its fighters are engaged in fierce clashes with the Zionist enemy forces east of Al-Tanour neighborhood, and managed to target a Merkava tank with a Yasin 105 missile in the same axis of fighting.
