Beirut - Saba: The Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, announced on Sunday, that the number of displaced people due to the Zionist bombing may reach one million displaced people.
According to the Al-Manar TV website, Mikati explained in a press conference after the meeting of the government emergency committee, that "the current displacement is the largest in the history of Lebanon."
Mikati stressed that "the state is carrying out its duties within its capabilities," confirming that "the entry of donations will be facilitated, provided that the donor and the party that will receive the donation are known," and said: "We will have a meeting with the donor agencies and we will ask the donor countries to help us in these difficult circumstances."
Mikati stressed that "we will not hesitate for a moment to follow up on the diplomatic role and we have no choice but diplomacy," stressing that "we demand a ceasefire on all fronts."
