Khalil al-Haya, a member of the political bureau and head of the Office of Arab and Islamic Relations of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, expressed his appreciation for the heroes of the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, who joined from the first day to support Gaza in its battle, and have so far provided thousands of martyrs and wounded, until now the Lebanese front due to Israeli aggression has turned into a main fighting front.
Al-Haya said in a press statement on the occasion of Al-Aqsa deluge battle one-year anniversary , quoted by the Palestinian Information Center on Sunday: "We say to our brothers in the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon and the people of Lebanon: The blood of the martyr Commander Ismail Haniyeh, who embraced the blood of the martyr Commander Hassan Nasrallah and the blood of all the Mujahideen in the field, creates a new dawn for our nation, whose title is Al-Aqsa, and its road towards Al-Quds."
He added: "We also salute our brothers in Yemen, where Ansar Allah's strikes constituted a real shift in the nature of the battle, in addition to the marches and millions of marches, which were perhaps the largest in solidarity with our people, and their words were actions, missiles and marches that traveled thousands of miles to strike in the heart of the enemy's center, cities and gatherings."
He continued: "On the same path, our brothers in the Islamic Republic, in support of our resistance and our people, a few days ago avenged the blood of resistance leaders, the blood of the martyred leader Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau, who was targeted by the Zionist enemy on the land of Iran, the blood of the martyred leader Hassan Nasrallah, and we saw their missiles filling the skies of occupied Palestine and rewriting the scene once again."
The movement stands with the Palestinians in Al-Quds, where the occupier is trying to settle the conflict and seeks to divide Al-Aqsa temporally and spatially, in order to reach its dreams of demolishing it and establishing its so-called temple in its place.
He continued: "We remember our people in the refugee and diaspora camps, which have always been the fuel of the revolution and resistance, the keeper of the keys of return, and today they resume and participate in the rumbling flood, and salute their martyrs and wounded, headed by brother Abu al-Amin Fath Sharif and his brothers who were martyred before him and after him."
He stressed that "the flood came and the occupation is wreaking havoc in the region, penetrating the walls of its peoples, concluding security, military and economic agreements, seeking to build alliances that achieve empowerment and domination, and working hard to liquidate our cause, through the Judaization of Al-Quds and the seizure of Al-Aqsa, expanding settlement and displacement, continuing the siege of Gaza, and refusing to recognize or acknowledge any of our national rights." It was necessary to restore our cause and strike the bases of the occupation project.
Al-Haya said: "We will work to rebuild Gaza, with the help of its people and the support of its brothers, as it was and better, as there are teams working in the field of relief and shelter, and addressing emergency issues with all that we can , according to our available capabilities, existing teams preparing projects for reconstruction and removing the effects of the aggression."
The genocidal war on Gaza Strip enters its second consecutive year tomorrow. Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist enemy army has continued its aggression against Gaza Strip with American and European support, and its planes bomb hospitals, buildings, towers and Palestinian civilians' houses , destroying them over the heads of their inhabitants and preventing the entry of water, food, medicine and fuel.
The ongoing Zionist-American aggression on Gaza has led to the martyrdom of more than 41,870 people, the injury of more than 97,166 others, and the displacement of 90 percent of Gaza Strip's population, according to data from the United Nations.
