Taiz - Saba:
Sultan al-Samai, a member of the Supreme Political Council, and Acting governor Ahmed al-Masawi inaugurated on Sunday the distribution of 476 food baskets for the wounded with disabilities, families of prisoners, and individuals facing psychological challenges in Taiz province.
The initiative, supported by the local authority and organized by the Social Welfare Department of the Ministry of Defense, aims to provide essential aid to those in need. The event was attended by Brigadier General Nour al-Din al-Marani, Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region.
Al-Samai emphasized the commitment to caring for the wounded and the families of prisoners, highlighting that this distribution is part of ongoing support from the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
Acting governor al-Masawi reinforced the importance of united efforts to support the wounded, who have sacrificed for Yemen's sovereignty and independence. He praised the local authority's dedication to assisting the Social Welfare Department in its humanitarian efforts and ensuring that the wounded receive the care they deserve.
