Al-Hadaf Foundation on Tuesday organized a series of seminars and workshops focused on communications, information systems, cybersecurity, and software during the ongoing Sana'a Information and Communication Technology Exhibition, known as "Sitex."
Hassan al-Khazan, director of the foundation, explained that the exhibition, which began last Saturday, features discussions on critical topics such as information security risks, cybersecurity measures, and a comprehensive workshop on cloud computing and localizing information technology.
The exhibition also includes seminars addressing the dangers of pirated software, the advantages of using original software, the various fields and functions of cybersecurity, and advancements in communications systems.
Al-Khazan noted that the General Telecommunications Corporation, mobile phone companies, and the General Postal Authority are actively participating, alongside several software and information systems firms, showcasing their services to institutions and businesses in Yemen.
He are also presenting the latest devices and technical solutions aimed at enhancing communications and internet services.
Al-Khazan expressed appreciation for the Communications Corporation's support and efforts in organizing the exhibition and its associated events, workshops, and seminars.
