The Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology in Sana'a concluded its fourth reservations and ticketing course today, which was organized over two weeks.
The course aimed to provide 12 workers in travel and tourism offices with skills and knowledge in the field of ticketing, prices, and reservations using internationally approved programs and systems.
In conclusion, the Dean of the Aviation Institute, Dr. Naji Al-Sahmi, stressed the importance of these courses, which provide the labor market with qualified cadres practically and technically in the field of civil aviation.
"The fourth session focused on identifying the different types of airline tickets, their characteristics, and explaining the tariff rules and other regulations related to airline tickets, which contributes to the smoothness and facilitation of the booking process," he said.
