Two Palestinian citizens were injured on Saturday evening, three houses and a poultry farm were burned in a settler attack on the village of Jalud, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
The Red Crescent in Nablus reported that two citizens were wounded and bruised in the face and head, after settlers attacked them in Jalud and were taken to the hospital.
For his part, the head of Jalud village council, Raed Haj Mohammed, said that settlers attacked the eastern side of the village , set fire to three houses, a poultry farm and agricultural lands in its vicinity.
In the same context, settlers wrote racist slogans on the walls of a room belonging to Farid al-Hamamdeh in "Fateh Sidra" area in Masafer Yatta.
In Salfit city , on Saturday evening, settlers attacked citizens while they were picking olive fruits in the town of Derastia, northwest of the city, and stole agricultural equipment.
Settlement activist Nazmi al-Salman reported that a group of settlers attacked Anwar Akl and his family while they were picking olive fruits in the tribal area of the town, and fired live bullets in the air, to force them to leave their land.
He added that when he returned to his land, he discovered that the settlers had stolen the ladder he uses to pick olives, noting that it is the third ladder stolen by the settlers.
