Sana'a - Saba:
The coach of the first national team, researcher Caesar Hussein Hussein Alami Hussein, received a doctoral degree from the Faculty of Physical Education at Sana'a University, for his thesis entitled "The effect of a proposed training program on improving shooting skills and some physical abilities related to it among basketball juniors at Al-Mina Club in Aden Province."
The discussion and judging committee consisted of Dr. Khalid Ali Al-Borai, Associate Professor of Sports Training Science from Al-Hodeida University, external discussant and chairman of the committee, and the membership of Dr. Abdulghani Mujahid Mather, Professor of Sports Training Physiology from Sana'a University, internal discussant and Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Jasser, Professor of Sports Training Science from Sana'a University, as the main supervisor.
The committee praised the content of the scientific thesis, the efforts exerted by the researcher , the results it reached, and recommended that it be shared with the relevant authorities.
The discussion of the thesis was attended by the President of the Yemeni Basketball Federation, Abdul Sattar Al-Hamdani, the Secretary General of the Yemen Handball Federation, Hamza Saleh, a number of members of the Board of Directors of the Basketball Federation, its coaches, players and affiliates, and a group of athletes and interested parties.
