Al-Jerf Medical Complex in al-Thawra district in the Capital Sana'a organized on Wednesday an event to honor the families of martyrs from its employees; as part of commemorating the annual anniversary of the martyr.
In the honoring, which was attended by head of the planning committee in the district Mohammed al-Hababi, director of the health office in al-Thawra Dr. Kamal Abu Dunya explained the value of martyrdom and the status of martyrs with God.
Abu Kunya praised the organization of a ceremony to honor the families of martyrs from the employees of al-Jerf Medical Complex, urging attention to the families of martyrs and care for them, and to address their needs; in loyalty to the giving and sacrifices of their relatives in the fields of pride, dignity and defense of the homeland.
For his part, Director of al Jerf Medical Complex Dr. Ahmed al Moayed pointed out that the sacrifices of the martyrs represent a beacon that lights the way for future generations, as the name of the martyr remains engraved in the memory of the nation, stressing the importance of drawing inspiration from the meanings of giving, sacrifice and redemption from the sacrifices of the great martyrs.
