Minister of Finance Abdul Jabbar Ahmed Mohammed stressed that the "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses represent an opportunity to develop the capabilities and skills of participants to confront any emergency situation, especially in light of the enemy's lurking.
The Minister of Finance pointed out the importance of psychological and mental preparation and accustoming oneself to the jihadist spirit, which is what such courses enhance.
