During the past 24 hours, Russian forces inflicted losses on Ukrainian formations amounting to about 1,610 soldiers, and the infrastructure of military airports, energy facilities of the military-industrial complex, drone depots, and gatherings of enemy forces in 139 regions were destroyed, in addition to the liberation of the town of Ilyenka and the downing of 141 drones on various axes of fighting.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said today in its daily report on the progress of the special military operation that units of the Russian "North" group defeated Ukrainian brigade formations in positions in the Kharkiv region and inflicted more than 105 soldiers, two tanks, two armored personnel carriers, an infantry fighting vehicle, two cars, and a 152-mm cannon.
Units of the "Western" group foiled five Ukrainian attacks, during which the attacking forces lost about 420 soldiers, combat vehicles, four ammunition depots, and a drone depot.
According to the ministry, units of the "Southern" group repelled two attacks by Kyiv troops in positions in the Donetsk People's Republic, during which Kyiv forces lost about 500 soldiers, fighting vehicles four cannons, and a radar station, and five ammunition depots were destroyed.
Units of the "Center" group liberated the popular village of Ilenka in Donetsk, and 12 Ukrainian attacks were repelled, in which Ukrainian forces lost about 390 soldiers, an armored fighting vehicle, two military vehicles, and five cannons.
Units of the "East" forces group repelled two Ukrainian attacks, resulting in losses of 115 soldiers, a tank, an armored personnel carrier, three cannons, and an electronic warfare station.
Units of the Dnepr group defeated Ukrainian formations in Novopavlovka, Malaya Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region, Dniprovskoye, Nikolskoye, and Kozatskoye in the Kherson region, inflicting about 80 soldiers, three military vehicles, a field gun, an electronic warfare station, and an electronic reconnaissance station, and a warehouse of military-technical equipment was destroyed.
Russian air defense systems intercepted four Hummer-guided bombs and a Himars rocket-propelled grenade and shot down 141 Ukrainian drones.
