Gaza – Saba:
On Friday afternoon, the Zionist enemy army assassinated the prisoner liberated in the Wafa al-Ahrar deal and deported to Gaza, Murad Awad Rajoub from Dura, south of Al-Khalil, the southern occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, Rajoub's family confirmed the news of his assassination in a Zionist bombing targeting him on Al-Nasr Street, west of Gaza City, where three other citizens were killed in the bombing carried out by a Zionist drone.
Al-Rajoub is from the town of al-Kum, south of Al-Khalil, the southern occupied West Bank, and had spent ten years in the prisons of the Zionist enemy, and was freed in the Wafa al-Ahrar deal in 2011, where he was serving a 38-year prison sentence.
Al-Rajoub previously joined the Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, where he was involved in carrying out an operation in Beersheba more than 22 years ago.
Since the beginning of the Zionist war of extermination in Gaza, the enemy army has assassinated dozens of freed prisoners deported to the Gaza Strip.
With American support, the Zionist enemy has been waging a genocidal war since the seventh of October 2023 in Gaza, which left more than 148,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than ten thousand missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
