Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, member of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences on the death of Brigadier General Abdul Samad Qasim Salam, at the age of 70 years, most of which were filled with giving in the service of the country.
In the telegram, which he sent to the deceased's son Nadim , all members of the family, and the member of the Political Council praised the virtues of the deceased and his vital contribution in the security and judicial fields, during the past decades, especially before the re-achievement of the blessed Yemeni unity in 1990, in addition to his remarkable activity in the sports field.
Dr. Bin Habtoor expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the deceased's son , the rest of the family , all his relatives, comrades and lovers. He prayed to God Almighty to grant him mercy and forgiveness, to grant his family, relatives , loved ones patience and solace.
"May God have mercy and forgiveness, and may he rest in peace."
