Iraqi National Security Adviser Qassim al-Araji confirmed during his meeting with US Ambassador to Baghdad Elena Romanowski his country's position rejected the terrorist attacks on Syria.
Al-Sumaria News website quoted Al-Araji's office as saying in a statement: "Al-Araji discussed with the US Ambassador in Baghdad, Elena Romanowski, the latest developments in the region, especially what is happening in neighboring Syria of terrorist operations," stressing Iraq's position rejecting what is happening in Syria by these terrorist groups.
On the other hand, al-Araji stressed the need to respect the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon, explaining that the collapse of the agreement will have serious repercussions on Lebanon and the region.
