Hajjah - Saba;
The Women's Authority in Hajjah province launched on Thursday activities to commemorate International Muslim Women's Day, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
This occasion celebrates the legacy of Fatima al-Zahra, the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who is regarded as a model of faith, morality, and humanity for Muslim women worldwide.
The event's participants congratulated women globally, emphasizing Fatima al-Zahra's exemplary role as the "Lady of the Women of the Worlds."
They stressed the importance of celebrating her birth, as she represents the highest ideal for Muslim women. They also highlighted the need for awareness and education in facing the challenges posed by enemies of Islam, promoting the values of faith, good character, and responsibility.
A significant focus was placed on the brutal actions of the Zionist lobby and the American enemy against the oppressed peoples of Palestine, Lebanon, and other regions. The event called for unity in response to these injustices and emphasized the importance of moral and political stances in support of the oppressed.
Fatima al-Jarb, the field coordinator, explained that the birth anniversary of al-Zahra serves as a reminder to strengthen the values of faith and human perfection, warning against conspiracies and corruption.
She reaffirmed that Fatima al-Zahra would continue to inspire the Islamic nation, remaining a symbol of faith, moral conduct, and an honorable role model for Muslim women.
The Women's Authority plans to organize a series of cultural and educational events across various districts in Hajjah province to honor this sacred occasion.
