A meeting at the Ministry of Youth, chaired by Sports Sector Undersecretary Ali Hadban, discussed ways to activate the game of volleyball in the Republic of Yemen.
During the meeting, which included the head of the steering committee of the Yemeni Volleyball Federation, Walid Ali Faye, the agent stressed the need to exert efforts to revitalize the game of volleyball in all provinces of the Republic by organizing activities and competitions for the game.
He directed the leadership of the Federation's steering committee to quickly raise its plan for the year 2025 and submit it to the sector as soon as possible. He pointed out the importance of opening the headquarters of the Volleyball Federation to exercise its functions and accommodate the Federation's branches in all Yemeni provinces.
The Undersecretary of the Sports Sector pointed out the need to submit monthly reports on the activities and events of sports, youth and cultural activities. He congratulated the steering committee on the confidence of the leadership of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the success of the new leadership in assuming responsibility.
While the Chairman of the Volleyball Federation Steering Committee, Walid Ali Faye, appreciated the Ministry's confidence in taking over the responsibilities of the Federation. He emphasized working as one team with the Federation's cadres and working to reactivate the game of volleyball in all provinces of the Republic.
