A "Zionist" political official said that the occupying entity will not release the Palestinian prisoner Marwan Barghouti if a prisoner exchange deal is concluded with "Hamas".

According to the "Zionist" Channel 13, quoting the political official, the prisoner Marwan Barghouti will not be part of the prisoner exchange deal if it is concluded.
