The leader of the Hamas movement, Osama Hamdan, confirmed that the targeting of the Zionist enemy army of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip comes in implementation of what is known as the "Generals' Plan", and to prevent any manifestation of civil steadfastness, and therefore seeks to destroy it and prevent its consecration.
"We confirm that there are no militants in Kamal Adwan Hospital,"
Hamdan said, in press statements last night.
He pointed out that Kamal Adwan Hospital and northern Gaza have been subjected to a massacre for 75 days in front of the Americans.
On the other hand, Hamdan pointed out that the Zionist entity is the one obstructing the reaching of a deal to exchange prisoners and cease fire in Gaza, stressing that the head of the usurping entity’s government, Benjamin Netanyahu, wants to get rid of the prisoners’ file by killing them.
“The Zionist enemy has so far refused to completely cease fire and withdraw from Gaza. We proposed an initiative that includes a complete ceasefire and a complete exchange, but the Zionist entity rejected it,” he added.
Hamdan also pointed out that “Hamas” had previously agreed to a gradual timetable for withdrawal from Gaza, but the Zionist entity did not accept it.
The generals’ plan, proposed by a group of retired generals in the Zionist enemy army, is based on displacing the entire population of the northern Gaza Strip, before declaring the area a closed military zone, and maintaining the control of the enemy army over the northern Gaza Strip for an indefinite period.
Yesterday morning, Friday, the Zionist enemy forces stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital, evacuated the medical staff, including women and men, in addition to the patients and residents living near the hospital, and forced everyone to move to Al-Fakhoura School, where they were detained in the schoolyard.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the Zionist enemy burned the operating and surgical departments, the laboratory, maintenance and ambulance units in Kamal Adwan Hospital.
The Zionist enemy continues its barbaric aggression on the Gaza Strip for 448 consecutive days, while continuing to commit war crimes and horrific massacres, and attempts to displace the residents of the northern Gaza Strip.
