The Qur'an Generation Schools in the Cultural Unit of the Women's Commission in Capital Secretariat organized on Sunday a ceremony honoring the female reciters of the Holy Qur'an, coinciding with the celebration of the International Muslim Women's Day - the birth of Fatima Al-Zahra, peace be upon her, on the occasion of the International Muslim Women's Day.
At the ceremony, Amat Al-Salam Al-Qasimi, head of the Qur'an Generation Schools for Girls in Secretariat, pointed out the importance of celebrating the birth of Fatima Zahra at a time when the enemies are waging a media and cultural war targeting the morals, values and culture of women.
She emphasized that Fatima Zahra is a role model for believing women in all aspects of life as a wife, mother and daughter.
Al-Qasimi congratulated all the honorees on obtaining the license in the Holy Qur'an in the narration of Hafs on Asim, expressing great thanks and gratitude to Allah for enabling them to obtain the license, asking Allah to benefit them and their knowledge for the benefit of the nation, following the example of Fatima Al-Zahraa, embodying the values and principles of the Holy Qur'an in their lives.
