Washington - Saba:
Amnesty International expressed its concern today, Monday, about the fate of the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza, Dr. Hussam Abu Safia.
"It is deeply concerned about the fate and safety of Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who was arrested by the Israeli occupation forces with others during a raid on the hospital on December 27," Amnesty International said.
"He must be released immediately and unconditionally," it added.
The genocidal war in the Gaza Strip enters its 451st consecutive day, while the "Israeli" army continues its raids on various parts of the Strip, which has led to the deaths of dozens of martyrs and injuries, as the death toll from the aggression has risen to more than 151 thousand martyrs and wounded, the majority of whom are children and women, and about 11 thousand missing, in addition to the continued commission of violations against health centers and hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip.
