Maeen district in the Capital Sana'a celebrated Thursday Friday of Rajab with a cultural event organized by the General Mobilization, marking the launch of the Month of Faith Identity under the slogan "With our faith identity, we triumph for our Palestinian cause."
Cultural activist Ali Khatram spoke at the event, highlighting the significance of reviving Friday of Rajab to reinforce faith identity and follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
He emphasized the importance of steadfastness and readiness to confront the Zionist-American enemy, noting that Yemen has consistently played a crucial role in supporting Islam and defending the Palestinian cause.
Khatram reflected on the historic entry of Yemenis into Islam on the first Friday of Rajab and their significant contributions to spreading Islam globally.
He stressed that strengthening adherence to faith identity is key to confronting external conspiracies against Yemen and its people.
The event underscored the importance of the Friday of Rajab as a time for mobilization, raising readiness, and educating the public on the value of jihad for the sake of God, particularly in light of the ongoing Zionist-American attacks on Yemen due to its unwavering support for Gaza and Palestine.
The celebration also marked the anniversary of Yemen’s mass embrace of Islam, in response to the call of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) carried by Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib.
