Sana'a Province Secretary General Abdul Qader Al-Jilani and Undersecretary for Technical Affairs Engineer Saleh Al-Muntaser inaugurated on Sunday the first phase of the asphalting project of Al-Rouna line, which is two kilometers long and six meters wide, in Bani Hashish district.
Al-Jilani and Al-Muntasser, along with the province's advisor, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Murtada, and the province's works sector official, Engineer Mohammed Ashiya, listened to an explanation of the components of the project, which is implemented by the executive unit at a cost of 143 million and 300 thousand riyals, funded by the local authority in the province, from the director of the executive unit, Engineer Mohammed Makram and the project manager, Engineer Mohammed Saber.
During the inauguration, Al-Jilani stressed on upgrading the level of implementation of road projects in a way that contributes to preserving transportation, reducing traffic jams, and alleviating the citizens' suffering.
He emphasized the keenness of the local authority's leadership in the province to implement service projects and complete the infrastructure that contributes to serving citizens and enhancing the aspects of development, especially in rural areas.
