A meeting chaired by the First Undersecretary of Sana'a Governorate, Hamid Assem, discussed the work of the Civil Service and Administrative Development Office, including human resources reports and plans, updating data, training cadres, and activating electronic systems.
The meeting reviewed the progress of work in the automated window, performance evaluation, simplification of procedures, and activation of self-service for employees. He also discussed addressing dysfunctions and the need for HR officials to commit to working through the electronic window.
Undersecretary Assem stressed the importance of the role of human resources in developing administrative and institutional performance, praising their efforts despite the challenges of the stage, and stressed the continuation of work to achieve administrative success.
The Director of the Service Office, Suleiman Jubran, explained what the office has accomplished despite the difficulties, and praised the efforts of the human resources teams in modernizing the job structures and implementing self-service.
In conclusion, HR officials expressed their appreciation for the support of the ministry's leadership and the governorate to improve job stability at the governorate level.
