Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights strongly condemned the launching of the Zionist aggression, the United States and the United Kingdom, on Yemen, targeting with more than 32 raids areas surrounding Al-Sabeen square, the Hizyaz power plant, the ports of Ras Issa and Hodeidah, in an attempt to dissuade Yemen from its support for the Palestinian people and resistance in Gaza.
The statement stressed that the aggression reflects the disregard of the aggressor parties to international humanitarian laws and their continued violation of Yemen's sovereignty and the commission of war crimes against civilians. The ministry also pointed out that this escalation comes against the background of Yemen's use of its right to defend its territorial waters and targeting American warships preparing for additional aggression.
The ministry expressed regret at the silence of the international community towards these crimes, calling on the Security Council and international human rights organizations to condemn the aggression and take steps to stop the crimes of genocide in Yemen and Gaza. She also stressed Yemen's right to defend its sovereignty and support the Palestinian people as a humanitarian and moral obligation.
The ministry confirmed the continued monitoring of crimes and violations to pave the way for the prosecution of the Zionist entity and its supporters before the national and international judiciary.
