A young Palestinian man was injured today, Saturday, by Zionist settlers' bullets south of Nablus, while the Zionist enemy forces tightened their military measures at the checkpoints deployed around the city.
According to the Palestinian Media Center, settlers shot a young man in the village of Yitma and injured him in the foot, following an attack they launched under the protection of the enemy forces on the homes of citizens in the village south of Nablus.
Local sources said: The settlers attacked the Hawz area north of the village, and the residents confronted them amid the outbreak of clashes, as the enemy forces provided protection for the settlers, and fired live bullets and tear gas bombs heavily, which led to a young man being injured by a bullet in the foot.
On the other hand, eyewitnesses reported that the enemy forces tightened their measures at the checkpoints and closed some of them, and set up other checkpoints on the road between Jenin-Nablus and Tubas-Nablus. He added: These measures caused a severe traffic crisis, and the detention of a number of citizens, checking their identities and searching vehicles.
