Sana'a - Saba:
The Zionist enemy entity is facing a state of confusion, bewilderment and panic due to the increasing lawsuits against its army around the world on charges of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
Concern is growing about international legal prosecutions targeting Zionist soldiers and officers participating in the war, with the escalation of judicial accountability prosecutions in a number of countries.
In this context, official Zionist security reports revealed an increase in the number of prosecutions of occupation army soldiers around the world, describing these attempts as a "possible approach to success."
A report published by the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation's Channel 11 last week stated that about 50 complaints were filed against soldiers of the occupation army, ten of which were opened for investigation in the countries concerned, without any arrests being recorded so far.
According to the Authority, data from the Information Security Department of the occupation army showed that soldiers publish about one million pieces of content on social media networks every day, which increases the risk of detection and prosecution.
The Israeli security authorities recommended re-evaluating flights considered high-risk, and assessing legal risks became an essential part of the decision-making process, with directives issued to reduce activity on social media networks.
The report quoted Israeli security officials as expressing concern about the lack of a comprehensive plan to deal with this phenomenon, despite current efforts to reduce exposure and legal risks.
In the same context, a Brazilian court issued an urgent order last Sunday to the police to arrest an Israeli soldier and investigate him on charges related to committing war crimes in Gaza, based on a criminal complaint filed by a Palestinian human rights organization in the country.
In recent months, several cases have been recorded of soldiers who were on the verge of arrest before being warned by the occupation army that they must leave the countries they were in before their arrest, after complaints were filed by local institutions to the judiciary in those countries regarding their arrest on charges of committing crimes in Gaza.
A few days ago, a group of 620 Chilean lawyers filed a lawsuit against the Israeli soldier, Saar Hirschoren , from the 749th Battalion, accused of committing crimes against humanity in the war of extermination in Gaza, and who is currently in Chile.
Over the course of 15 months of the war of extermination waged by the Zionist enemy army in Gaza, hundreds of soldiers have taken to boasting about publishing videos documenting their crimes in the Strip, including: killing, abuse, torture, arrest, and the demolition of residential buildings.
A few days ago, Zionist media reported that a Zionist soldier wanted in Brazil was able to leave the country before being arrested.. after the Brazilian judicial authorities issued an urgent order for his arrest based on a complaint filed by a human rights organization accusing him of committing crimes in Gaza.
Zionist opposition leader Yair Lapid described the incident of the soldier's smuggling from Brazil as a "diplomatic failure" for the government, and criticized its failure to protect the soldiers legally... wondering how the Palestinians could become a more influential force on the international scene compared to "Israel."
Human rights reports also revealed the collection of information related to crimes committed by Zionist soldiers in Gaza, including the publication of video clips documenting these violations, with the aim of pushing local authorities in various countries to arrest them.
The Zionist newspaper "Israel Today" reported that mothers of Zionist soldiers sent a sharp message to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Chief of Staff Herzi. Halevi , in which they demanded legal protection for their children... warning of the consequences of international courts, especially with the decline in the independence of the Zionist judiciary.
The Hind Rajab Foundation, based in Brussels, is leading a legal movement against Zionist officers and soldiers on charges related to genocide crimes committed in Gaza. The foundation focuses on tracking the soldiers’ movements and travel outside the country in order to file legal complaints against them in the countries they visit.
According to Zionist estimates, the Hind Rajab Foundation has made arrest requests for nearly 1,000 Zionist officers and soldiers with dual nationalities in countries including Spain and South Africa.
Hind Rajab is a five-year-old Palestinian girl who was martyred with six of her relatives on January 29, 2024, as a result of a Zionist bombing that targeted a vehicle in which she was traveling with her family in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.
The name "Hind Rajab" was used to commemorate her in establishing the "Hind Rajab" Foundation, which is headquartered in the Belgian capital, Brussels, after Hind Rajab's name became a symbol of the human tragedies that Palestinian children are exposed to as a result of Zionist wars and attacks.
The organization focuses on holding accountable Zionist war criminals, and prosecutes soldiers and officers around the world on charges of genocide and war crimes committed against civilians in the Gaza Strip.
In an attempt to thwart these efforts, the Zionist General Staff issued immediate instructions to conceal the identities of the soldiers participating in the aggression on Gaza, and imposed restrictions on their travel abroad. It also banned the publication of photos and videos that could be used as evidence in international judicial forums.
The so-called Zionist Foreign Ministry, in cooperation with the Mossad, worked to smuggle soldiers out of countries where investigations were opened. An emergency room was also established to follow up on lawsuits, and the military prosecution launched a special unit to provide legal advice to soldiers.
According to the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the greatest danger to Zionist soldiers is in countries that oppose the occupation, such as Ireland, Brazil and Belgium.
Since the beginning of the war, the Zionist enemy soldiers have published about a million visual materials on social media, documenting their crimes and bragging about them, materials that could be used to prosecute them.
Zionist-American aggression on the Gaza Strip continues to create international problems for the occupying entity, especially at the judicial level.
After the International Criminal Court issued two arrest warrants against both the Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Minister of War Yoav… Galant , late last year, political and media circles in Tel Aviv were busy, at the end of last week, dealing with the repercussions described as “catastrophic” that have been brought about by the legal complaints filed against occupation soldiers abroad by various human rights organizations, most notably the “Hind Rajab Foundation.”
In light of the trend of human rights organizations concerned in particular with defending the rights of Palestinians, to collect information about Zionist soldiers who published video clips of themselves committing crimes in Gaza, the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the “Hind Rajab Foundation” alone submitted arrest requests for a thousand Zionist soldiers with dual citizenship in eight countries, including Spain, Ireland and South Africa.
More than 120 photos and videos, most of which were taken by Zionist soldiers during the war on Gaza, show them participating in the destruction of civilian buildings, mocking the lives of Palestinians, and calling for their extermination, displacement, and occupation of their land, according to the Washington Post.
According to legal experts, the 125 countries that are signatories to the Rome Convention, including Latin American countries such as Colombia and Bolivia, are considered more dangerous for Zionist tourists, while countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Thailand and India are considered relatively safe.
In their political and press statements, especially those directed at world public opinion, the occupation leaders have repeatedly claimed that their army is the “most moral,” while daily facts refute these claims and even prove that it is the most brutal army. What is striking is that this disregard for any values and principles was not limited to its bloodiness with the Palestinians, but also with the Zionists.
Herzi , decided Halevy , last Wednesday evening, concealed the identities of all soldiers and officers participating in military operations related to the war, against the backdrop of growing fears of attempts to prosecute them legally abroad.
The new instructions, which will come into effect and be implemented immediately, include all military personnel with the rank of brigadier general and below, and include a ban on publishing any photos or names of clips that may be used as evidence in investigations into war crimes committed by the occupation in the Gaza Strip.
It is worth noting that the Zionist enemy army has begun to deal with extreme caution with every request to leave submitted by soldiers and officers who participated in the war on Gaza, for fear of their arrest abroad. Despite the absence of a travel ban, soldiers have been asked to submit special requests, which are carefully studied before approval.
