Sana'a- Saba:
The Supreme Commission for Tender Control and Auctions called on all tender and auction committees in government agencies the need to adhere to the time dates to launch the guarantees of projects.
In a circular directed to all entities in the public and mixed sectors, the authority affirmed that the detention and delay of the launch of guarantees for public tenders is a violation of the provisions and texts of the tenders and auctions law, government stores, and its executive regulations.
It called on those in charge of tender committees to adhere to what was stated in this circular, which was published in its full form on the authority's website.
